Sat 26th May Meet at 11.00a.m. at Port Eynon CP GR468851 for a 5m/8k leisurely, circular walk inland via Overton across the fields to Pilton Green returning along the cliffs. Sat 2nd June ILSTON BY BUS AND SHANKS’ PONY Meet at 10.30a.m. at Pennard School CP GR555884 to catch the 10.47a.m No 14. bus to Kittle (bring your pass!) for a 4.5m/8k walk on easy paths and tracks to Ilston where we will look at the church and the nature reserve, returning beside the Killy Willy. Thurs 28th June SOUTHGATE TO PWLLDU HEAD Meet at 7.00 p.m. at Southgate N.T.C.P. (charge) GR 554873 for a circular walk to Pwlldu head looking at cliff top flowers. Leader Joan Darbyshire No dogs

Sat 14th July SHORT & GENTLE AROUND KITTLE Meet at 2.00p.m at Beaufort Arms Kittle CP GR SS5738989314 for a short, 3.5m/6k circular walk from Kittle, across fields, through woodlands and a river valley into a quarry and along an ancient sunken track. Why not join the leaders for a cuppa in the Beaufort afterwards—a thank you for the free parking ! Sat 21st July GIANT’S GRAVE AND CATHOLE
Meet at 2.15p.m. at Penmaen NT CP (behind church) GR532888 for a 5m/8k circular walk to Cathole & Giant’s Grave in Green Cwm, en route to Three Cliffs Bay. The way back towards Cefn Bryn is uphill but with superb views as a reward .
Those wishing to use public transport can take the 1.35p.m. bus no. 118 from Quadrant bus station to Penmaen church. The leader will provide a lift back (hope there’s not too many or that the leader has a large vehicle!)

Thurs 26th July OXWICH POINT Meet at 7.00 p.m. at Oxwich beach CP (charge) GR 502 865 for a 3.5mile walk over farm land and through Oxwich point woodland with some steep ascents and descents. Leaders Malcolm and Ruth Ridge Dogs on short leads
Thurs 9th August RIVER TAWE BOAT TRIP
Meet at 7.00 p.m. (prompt) at moorings at National Waterfront Museum for something different for a Thursday evening; a 2 hour boat trip up the river Tawe (with commentary) . 10 spaces reserved at £7 ea. (£5 for 60+ age group).

Thurs 6th September OXWICH TO PORT EYNON Meet at 10.40 a.m. at the “Countryman” Scurlage (no parking fee but they would appreciate your custom afterwards)GR SS 463875 to catch the 10.52 bus to Oxwich (please check the bus times on the summer timetable) for a 7 mile/11 Km walk from Oxwich to Port Eynon on the coastal path and then through fields back to Scurlage.
